1. Using EasierInvoice

EasierInvoice is a billing and operations tool for service businesses. By creating an account or using EasierInvoice, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own business, client, or authorized team workflows.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and for all activity that happens under your EasierInvoice account.

EasierInvoice may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the platform, or are used in ways that interfere with the service for other users.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of the customer, product, invoice, payment, expense, and business data you enter into EasierInvoice. You give EasierInvoice permission to host, process, and display that data as needed to provide the service.

EasierInvoice may change features, workflows, limits, or availability over time. Some parts of the service may be offered free during testing, and EasierInvoice may introduce paid plans or feature limits later with notice through easierinvoice.com or the app.

6. No warranty

EasierInvoice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EasierInvoice disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EasierInvoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, customers, or business opportunities arising from your use of easierinvoice.com or the EasierInvoice application.

EasierInvoice may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When that happens, the effective date on this page will be updated. Continued use of EasierInvoice after changes means you accept the updated terms.
